Run Late helps you leave home on time. We built it to collect as little about you as possible. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app touches and where it goes.

## The short version

• Run Late has no servers of its own.* Your logs, alarms, and home/destination addresses live only on your device* and are never sent to us.
• Location* is used only from the moment the alarm fires until your mission (walking ~150 ft / 50 m from your door) is complete* — never at any other time.
• Distance and step calculations happen on your device*. Your coordinates are not sent to our servers.
• Payments are handled by Apple* and RevenueCat*, which identify your subscription with an anonymous ID only* — no name, no email.
• We never sell* your data, and we never share it to build an advertising profile of you.
• To measure how well our ads work, some app events (like installing the app) are shared with Meta (Facebook). We do not show a tracking (ATT) prompt and rely only on Apple's SKAdNetwork*, a privacy-preserving, aggregate method.
